Position overview

At allnex, the HR Generalist is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. If you're a people-person looking to further your career in the exciting world of HR, this is the best place to dive. We're in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions in the HR department.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR manager and the HR team in daily activities and projects.
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Support and advice employees and managers in all personnel matters.
  • Assist in training managers and employees on HR systems and policies. 
  • Responsible in implementation of projects in terms of new procedures and policies on continuous improvement in HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
  • Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource policies. 
  • Coordinate and execute in recruitment process and handle all administrative tasks for onboarding
  • Gather and analyze HR metrics.

Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience working in HR at least 5 year.
  • Additional HR training is a plus.
  • Strong detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Good knowledge of Belgium labor law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness.
  • Resourceful, problem solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS system, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Management, or a related field.
