Position overview

Are you ready to help us make the future?

The Commercial Excellence Program Manager will build and sustain allnex Commercial Excellence in the Americas region and lead Pricing Excellence programs across all regions and business units.  In this role, you will be responsible for developing, defining and executing our commercial excellence strategy, including driving profitability and sales. The primary focus will be supporting the Product Management and Sales teams to implement commercial pricing initiatives, reporting on key metrics, performing data analysis and leading specific projects. You will also support development of commercial excellence tools, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.  You will need to drive collaborative sales and marketing approaches to develop allnex’s business growth culture.


•    Provide guidance and frameworks to successfully implement methodologies and provide strategic direction to Commercial teams in order to capitalize on Commercial Excellence fundamentals and Pricing Excellence best practices.
•    Responsible for working with Commercial Excellence stakeholders to track business performance, diagnose issues and areas of opportunities and provide data driven recommendations.
•    Create and maintain the CRM and analytics roadmap as required by the organization.
•    Drive various projects to foster enhanced sales processes for better customer experience and advancing business and pricing excellence.
•    Lead adoption of commercial and business planning tools through training, workshop, coaching and continuous improvements.
•    In collaboration with Product Management, manage the pricing strategies and pricing execution as well as serve as the leader and subject matter expert in revamping and implementing existing and new company pricing processes, systems and tools to better leverage sophisticated analytics across regions and business units.
•    Provide visibility to product and customer transactional data for business decision-making on pricing.
•    Create metrics and scorecards for managing business units and sales growth performance; to be used in performance management of sales and business teams.
•    Follow up with sales on new action generation or implementation and with marketing on new market scans.

Required skills and experience

•    5+ years working in a related field.
•    Consulting experience desired.
•    Management experience, ideally in a commercial position.
•    Strong influencing skills with all levels in the organization.
•    Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural team in a matrix organization.
•    Fluent English is required. 


•    Masters Degree or PhD in Technical field or business 
•    MBA or 2 years consulting experience desired
