Position overview

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Team Lead EMEA, a dynamic personality with passion for bringing in best of class talent and being part of team shaping our organization’s future!
If your mission is to scout and attract top-tier talent whilst ensuring great candidate’s experience and you are ready to share your knowledge and passion, inspiring team of talent acquisition specialists, stop scrolling and apply!

Responsibilities

  • Intensively source, headhunt and attract candidates by using databases, social media and deep sourcing experience within the region
  • Ensure great candidate’s experience throughout whole recruitment process
  • Shared responsibility for continuously improving the company´s recruitment system (SuccessFactors), according to company demands and expectations, and local laws and regulations
  • Build and execute recruiting strategies related to talent acquisition programs or specific staffing projects in the region (incl. GBS in EMEA)
  • Continuously challenge existing processes, driving improvements, and implementing state-of-the-art practices in talent acquisition
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports upon request
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “great place to work”
  • Participate and provide regular trainings to HR and Hiring managers to increase decision quality
  • Participate in further activities around digitization in TA
  • Guiding a team of Talent Acquisition specialists EMEA, dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity.
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities in region, together with regional / local HR teams and partners.
  • Serve as a role model for high quality ‘customer service’.

Required skills and experience

  • Proven expertise & experience in recruitment and employer branding domains, at least 7 years
  • Several years of experience in sourcing, experience in having worked in a headhunting firm/consultancy is a plus
  • Experience with different recruitment tools and platforms, as well as with social media sites LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience in HR Information System administration environment, preferably with SAP Success Factors.
  • Good customer service skills, combined with resilience and drive to implement and execute
  • Thorough familiar with MS Office Suite and proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strategic and systematic approach to processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and another operating language.
  • People leader, strongly developed cross functional and global collaboration skills.
